3 Mills Studios is committed to creating a safe and secure working environment through compliance with health and safety legislation and best practice, and supporting our clients to do the same.
Our commitment to your safety starts before the production arrives at the Studios; we ask for as much information as possible before you arrive to allow us to understand the health and safety requirements of your production.
We ask every company coming to 3 Mills Studios to complete and return our Health and Safety ProForma
Each production is also required to submit their Method Statement and Risk Assessment no later than 48 hours before arriving on site. These documents are a critical part of our proactive risk management of the Studios and enable us to support the production from the outset.
Whilst 3 Mills do not approve a production's health and safety submission, it does allow us to decide if any production activity is likely to cause any disruption or present a risk to other productions or Studio staff. We can then advise if any aspect needs to be reconsidered.
