The House Mill and Miller's House are owned and managed by the River Lea Tidal Mill Trust, a registered charity. Guided tours of the House Mill are every Sunday from beginning of April until end of October, 1 pm - 4 pm and at other times by appointment.
The Grade II listed House Mill is a brick clad, five storey building with wooden window frames and clay tiled roof. Millers House is a new build Georgian façade with three floors, wooden window frames and ground floor shutters. The rear of the buildings feature a walled garden, with trees, flower beds, seating and river views. It is available for location filming and meeting room hire
